Lisa and Steph are the principal designers at LISTE. After collaborating for many years on each other's projects, they joined forces in 2021 and formed LISTE. Clients now benefit from their diverse skillsets and creative synergy.

LISA DIMAGGIO

Lisa started her career working for a home development firm assisting with design, project management and budgeting. During that time she completed 18 custom homes in Danville and then transitioned into the financial sector of the real estate industry. With a keen eye for design and an acute sense of business, Lisa opened her own design consulting company. Lisa's strengths lie in her decisiveness and communication skills with contractors, architects, vendors and clients. She believes every project, big or small, can be elevated with creative design. She articulates in a manner that brings a visual context to inspirational ideas. When she's not creating beautiful spaces, Lisa enjoys weekend adventures with her two grown children and husband, hiking or golfing with her girlfriends and watching the Warriors and Zags shoot some hoops!

STEPH WOOLDRIDGE

With a degree in Art and Design Steph spent much of her career working as a Graphic Designer for her own firm. When a number of graphics clients asked if she would consult on their interiors as well, she realized that was her true passion. Fortunately, the same fundamental design principles apply—color, pattern, symmetry, balance, composition, texture and an overall obsession for details. Steph brings to the table a world of creative options and solutions, and the technical prowess to make impressive 3D layouts and renderings to help clients better visualize their spaces. Steph's favorite time is spent sitting by the fire pit enjoying a glass of wine and laughing with her family. She loves hiking, DIY house projects, hosting casual dinner parties and planning her next big travel adventure.
