Have you exhausted a friendship asking for too many opinions or wish you had five homes to incorporate every style you love? We are here to help you pick a lane and stay the course. In our office, or virtual, we review your project and consult with any areas you're struggling with, or provide complete design services and recommendations on preferred vendors, materials and resources.

 

Fees: $200 Per Hour, 20 Hour Minimum

Interior/Exterior Paint Consultation

Paint is likely the most underestimated part of home design and often the most challenging to get right. It involves much more than picking the perfect color. Our paint expertise incorporates ideas on sheen selection, light reflection, exposure, temperature, architecture, transitioning areas and more.

Fees: Interior $500, Exterior $1000 (Includes Virtual Rendering if Applicable)

Conceptual Rendering

 

Can't visualize?  Should you paint your brick, what would a new front door look like? Hire us to snap a photo of your existing space and do conceptual renderings of new finishes and/or paint. The photorealistic renderings help you avoid costly design mistakes.
